A man was run over by a vehicle on Dodge Ave. between the old KFC and Hartley Tire this evening. A witness reported that the, as of yet, unidentified man jumped out of the passenger side of the vehicle and started running into the old KFC parking lot. The vehicle, driven by a woman, backed up, turned into the parking lot and ran completely over the man, and circled back around.
