Dr Grantham presented a very interesting program to the club on health and nutrition.  Part of the presentation was on the detrimental effects of wheat in the American diet.  Dr. Grantham told club members about his research and quoted information from a Times magazine article and a book titled “The Wheat Belly.”

Club members asked a number of Questions and Dr. Grantham will be providing more information on this subject at future meetings.

Lions Club International and the Eastman Lions Club congratulate Dusty Pruett on completing 10 years of dedicated service to the Lions Club and his community.  To commemorate and recognize his years of service, Pruett (r) was presented the ten year Chevron Award from Dr. Steven Grantham (L), Eastman Lions Club President.
